How do I book?

Contact us! After we quote you with a proposal customized to your event, we require a non-refundable retainer fee. This deposit will secure your date and be applied to your final balance. Deposits can be made though PayPal or by check.

Where are you located?

The Wild Wagon is located in Jackson Hole, WY. We love to migrate and are happy to bring the party to you! Included in the price is travel within 50 miles of Jackson, then $1.00 a mile thereafter.

What is your availability?

Contact Us! We are currently booking events for 2020 and 2021. Please keep in mind we are in the Jackson Hole and Teton Valley area April - October, and migrate in the off season.

What is a dry-bar?

As per State Law, we are not legally able to sell you alcohol. That's good news for you! Because you are providing the alcohol, you will save money on expensive upcharges and get to keep what is left over. Don't worry, we will help you plan your drink menu and shopping list.

Are you insured?

Yes! We carry general liability, liquor liability, and only use certified bartenders. Please note for parties of over 75, we require a second bartender. This insures your quality of service will not be compromised.

How much does it cost?

We understand every event is unique to your vision. Please contact us for a quote. Pricing is factored by number of service hours, location, number of guests, type of pour service, customizations and other additional services.

What do you supply?

Included is the Wild Wagon Mobile Saloon, an experienced bartender, seasonal garnishes and fruits, fresh squeezed juice mixers, professional bartending tools, high quality disposable drinkware, eco friendly straws and cocktail napkins, menu consultation, shopping list planning, signature cocktail tasting.

What are the specifications of the Wild Wagon?

The trailer dimensions are approximately 10 feet long and 7.5 feet wide. All she needs is a flat place to park within 50 feet of a power outlet. If there is no power available, you may rent a quiet generator from us.

What if we don't drink alcohol?

No problem! We love all kinds of parties. We can  provide self-serve stations with infused waters, fresh juices, and teas. We also have aesthetically pleasing ice bins that can hold canned or bottled beverages of your choice. We can curate you a drink menu with delicious mocktails as well. The Wild Wagon can also be utilized as a photo prop, desert station, you name it.

What type of events do you serve?

We are happy to serve any kind of celebration! Book us today for weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, corporate events, fundraisers, graduation parties, birthdays, BBQ's, photo shoots and more!

Do you offer weekday Specials!

Absolutely! Although on the weekend we require a 4 hour minimum, on weekdays we can provide you with a happy hour special with a 2 hour minimum.

What is your cancellation policy?

To reserve your date, 50% down is required as a deposit. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your event. In the event you need to cancel, we will make every effort to reschedule your service. If you are unable to reschedule and must cancel 90 days  prior to event, you will be reimbursed 50% of deposit. Within the 90 day window we are unable to make any refunds in the event of a cancellation.

What about bad weather?

Due to the nature of the business we offer no rain date policy. We are happy to help you find appropriate covering in the event of  inclement weather. Please note that this is the financial responsibility of the client.
